Two and a Half Hours – How to Do It?
Don’t be daunted by the duration. Meditating in a group creates a timeless atmosphere, making the two and a half hours fly by. Feel free to take short breaks as needed. You can also choose to enhance the meditation with Celestine Communication, a series of hand movements, or simply immerse yourself in the meditation for a profound shift in your consciousness.

The Jai Te Gang mantra was composed by Guru Gobind Singh, the revered tenth Guru of the Sikhs, known for his royal courage and poetry.
